S-Bridges　have been developing technology to extract 100% of the active ingredients contained in tea leaves, which will dramatically increase the extraction rate from the current 20% and, since it can be applied to plants other than tea leaves, has the potential to significantly improve food loss, which is considered a social problem.
It is also reported that S-Bridges was the only one in Japan to be selected for this year's subsidy project “Investment Acquisition Framework” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
